ACTS OF KINDNESS
This is the “secret” that Tiger’s mom shares. She explains the truth that when we do something kind for someone else we actually are the ones that benefit the most. The person that we have been kind to gets to feel good, but we feel even better. Take a moment and recall the feeling you get when you hold the door for someone whose hands are full. It feels good. Something super small like that, it feels good. Now imagine if we (all of us) were to give more ‘random acts of kindness.’ Not only would we feel better, the world around us would be better.
